Joel has been involved in medico legal work since 2019. He is up to date with training courses in both personal injury and clinical negligence, completing both courses with Specialist Info in 2025. He has significant experience in medial best practice and has been audit lead for his department for 5 years. He is also currently clinical governance lead for his department and manages all claims, complaints and malpractice relating to the ENT service at RDUH. He has a wide network of local and national colleagues to access for specific advice regarding cases and report outcomes.
In addition to his NHS and private practice Joel prepares approximately 1 medicolegal report per month. All reports include detailed clinical examination performed at Exeter Nuffield and thorough structured report turned around on average within five working days.
